Home Education Workshops Body work with Sadira Cruz Smith
Body work is a method which takes on elements of the Feldenkrais method, Thai yoga and simple energetics.

Sadira reveals about her work methods:
''I work on the bones. Based on formal training in the Feldenkrais and Thai Yoga modalities, the skeleton is analyzed and moved to restore internal dialogue and connectivity.  The treatment helps to re-route the training patterns we have created in our nervous system and tissue make-up, giving new information a great opportunity to reach us.

-The sessions are personal (one-on-one).
-Please wear comfortable, warm clothing.
